It combines IoT hardware control (ESP32 washing machines) with role-based dashboards for owners, attendants, customers, and delivery riders. Features include automated rider dispatch using Haversine distance, live GPS tracking on Leaflet maps, M-PESA Daraja payment integration, and a complete self-hosted notification stack (email + Web Push via VAPID) that runs at zero recurring cost.
